- Keep Supple: To keep uppers feeling their best and prevent cracking, treat them regularly with a shoe care product designed for the specific material (e.g., Leather conditioner, nubuck protector, etc.).
Waterproofing: We highly recommend using a hydrophobic spray, especially on our water-resistant and waterproof range of outdoor footwear. This maintains the barrier/membrane against the elements, keeping your feet dry and comfortable all year round.
Please Be Advised:
- Always test any cleaning or care product on a small, inconspicuous area of your shoe first, to ensure it is safe to use.
- Never leave mud on your boots for a prolonged period. This will deteriorate the shoe and void your warranty.

For orders over £35, we offer free delivery via Royal Mail 48 and next working day delivery from as little as £3.99*15:30 Weekday cut-off time. Neither of these services includes free returns.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We will always try to dispatch all orders on the same working day. However, it depends on the courier service you choose and the collection time we have in place with that courier. You will receive email updates letting you know once your item has been dispatched.
