How Will My Order Be Delivered?

We also offer delivery direct to your door free of charge via Royal Mail 48 and next working day delivery from as little as £3.99*15:30 Weekday cut off time. Neither of these services include free returns.

Please do note, Royal Mail 48 is not a guaranteed time service. Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 15 working days and unfortunately we cannot control the service they provide. In 93% of cases all items arrive on time. Please see Royal Mail Lost policy.



When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We will always try to dispatch all orders the same working day. However, it depends on the courier service you choose and the collection time we have in place with that courier. You will recieve e mail updates that will let you know once your item has been dispatched.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

Yes, we keep stock in most EU countries and ship all over the world

Will All My Items Be Shipped In ONE Delivery?

Yes, all items will be sent out together.

Are There Any Restocking Fees?

We do not charge restocking fees if orders are returned in unused condition and within 45 days.
