At Jack Walker we build footwear for the long haul. But even the toughest activewear needs a little TLC now and then. Here's how to keep your shoes looking and performing their best:

General Care:

• Leather: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for smooth leather. It's as simple as that.
• Suede & Nubuck: Use a soft brush to lift away dirt and dust gently. Let them air dry naturally, away from direct heat.
• Keep Supple: To keep uppers feeling their best and prevent cracking, treat them regularly with a shoe care product designed for the specific material (e.g., Leather conditioner, nubuck protector, etc.).

Waterproofing: We highly recommend using a hydrophobic spray, especially on our water-resistant and waterproof range of outdoor footwear. This maintains the barrier/membrane against the elements, keeping your feet dry and comfortable all year round.

Please Be Advised:

• Always test any cleaning or care product on a small, inconspicuous area of your shoe first, to ensure it is safe to use.
  
• Never leave mud on your boots for a prolonged period. This will deteriorate the shoe and void your warranty.

For orders over £35, we offer free delivery via Royal Mail 48 and next working day delivery from as little as £3.99*15:30 Weekday cut-off time. Neither of these services includes free returns.

Please note that Royal Mail 48 is not a guaranteed-time service. Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until 15 working days, and unfortunately, we cannot control the service they provide. In 93% of cases, all items arrive on time. Please see Royal Mail's Lost policy.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We will always try to dispatch all orders on the same working day. However, it depends on the courier service you choose and the collection time we have in place with that courier. You will receive email updates letting you know once your item has been dispatched.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

Will All My Items Be Shipped In ONE Delivery?

Are There Any Restocking Fees?

We do not charge restocking fees if orders are returned in unused condition and within 45 days.

What If I Want To Return My Order?

If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, you are more than welcome to return the item unused within 45 days of purchasing, provided the items are unworn. We will give a full refund upon receiving the goods back. however we will not accept returns of items that have clearly been worn.
